Airianna Quintanilla

Airianna is a Licensed Social Worker with a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice, specializing in Psychology and Law, along with additional studies in Forensic Social Work at Aurora University (2021, 2023). She is also a Certified Trauma Professional and a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor.

 

Airianna’s clinical experience spans residential, outpatient, school and hospital settings, where she has conducted comprehensive assessments and provided care to adolescents and adults navigating substance use disorders and complex mental health needs. Her professional background includes working closely with medical providers, law enforcement, the court system, child welfare agencies, domestic violence survivors, and at-risk youth. She supports individuals facing a wide range of behavioral and emotional challenges, bringing a trauma-informed lens to all aspects of her work.

 

She employs an integrative, evidence-based approach tailored to each client, incorporating techniques such as Somatic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Psychoeducation.

 

Recognizing that traditional therapy may not be the right fit for everyone, Airianna collaborates with clients to explore their goals and guide them in making empowered, informed decisions. Her personal and professional experiences, combined with an intuitive and grounded presence, allow her to connect authentically and compassionately with clients. She is known for bringing humor, structure, spontaneity, and a non-judgmental atmosphere into the therapeutic space.
