The development of a child is a unique journey with many ups and downs, from celebrating milestones and accomplishments to navigating various social, emotional, and behavioral struggles. Growing up is hard and there are a multitude of things that can impact an already difficult life stage. Social, emotional, and behavioral struggles in childhood can not only impact the success of a child, but also have the potential to impact the family as a whole. Addressing these struggles with a therapeutic approach can lead to improvement in the many areas of a child’s life and increasing the odds of living a happier and more successful life.

I have found success utilizing a varied approach to therapy, including play and experiential therapies for my younger clients and cognitive based therapies for teens and young adults. I also utilize trauma informed therapy techniques and attachment building strategies in situations that require these unique approaches to healing.

If you find yourself seeking help and support for your child please reach out to schedule an initial intake appointment to learn more on how therapy can make a difference for your child and your family.
