Mikayla Jurczykowski
LPC, Clinician

Mikayla is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who works with children, adolescents, adults, and couples. She is passionate about helping clients feel supported as they navigate emotional, relational, and life challenges, with a particular interest in working with teens, adults, and couples through periods of stress, change, and personal growth.
Her approach to therapy is warm, supportive, and collaborative. Mikayla believes clients deserve a space where they can feel comfortable being themselves, talk openly about what they are experiencing, and feel genuinely supported throughout the process. She incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, strengths-based approaches, psychoeducation, play-based interventions, and communication skills based on each client’s individual needs.
When working with children and adolescents, Mikayla uses creative and developmentally appropriate strategies to help them better understand their emotions, build confidence, and develop healthy coping skills. With adults, she provides support through life changes, stress, relationships, and personal growth. In her work with couples, she helps partners strengthen communication, rebuild trust and connection, and better understand one another.
Mikayla strives to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and valued. She understands that starting therapy can feel vulnerable and works to meet each client where they are, helping them move forward at a pace that feels comfortable and meaningful.
